Get to Know Me!

Hello, I’m Claire! I am a current MFA student at the University of Houston’s Professional Actor Training Program. I’m originally from Houston, Texas and I say “y’all” in both formal and informal settings.

I feel that the best way to describe myself is through my favorite quote by one of the people who inspires me most, Audrey Hepburn. It reads:

“I don’t take my life seriously, but I do take what I do -in my life- seriously.”

I have an overwhelming passion for all things I am invested in -family, friends, Tex-Mex, theatre, public health- and I find that I am able to convey diverse messages of that love and passion through theatre. With the strong belief that stories can change the world, I look forward to this next phase of my journey.
